Clarity is the key to harmony
The apartment is rented by the tenant.
If the tenant does not undertake the journey, for whatever reason, the deposit is forfeited in favour of the landlord.
If the tenant withdraws within 14 days before the beginning of the rental period, the tenant is obliged to pay the entire rental price (including the balance). Should the landlord succeed in renting the vacation home to other interested persons in time, the remaining payment will be refunded. (We recommend a travel cancellation insurance).
The vacation home is rented for 2 persons (incl. children up to 12 years). Exceeding the number of persons entitles the landlord to arrange for the immediate eviction of the apartment.
The placing of tents, caravans and mobile homes is not allowed.
The tenant assures to treat the house and the apartment with inventory carefully. He assures to inform the landlord about possible damages which are not based on normal wear and tear or force majeure. The landlord will then arrange the necessary repairs at the expense of the tenant.
The tenant commits to return the left inventory completely and undamaged. In the event of damage for which the tenant or his flatmates are responsible, he is obliged to continue paying the rent until the damage is repaired.
If the tenant loses a key, he is obliged to pay the costs for the replacement of the complete key system.
Subletting or transfer for use - in whole or in part - is only permitted with the prior written consent of the landlord.
The landlord is neither liable for personal injury nor for the property of the tenant. The tenant waives any claims for damages.
Pets are not allowed. Violation may lead to termination of the rental agreement with immediate effect and also to an increased final cleaning fee.
Parties and celebrations with more than one person are explicitly not allowed in the apartments.
On the day of departure, the house must be left broom-clean, used dishes must be washed, the refrigerator must be completely emptied of food, the freezer compartment must be defrosted and the garbage must be completely removed in and around the house.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided by the landlord.
No other additional agreements have been made.
