Since we travel a lot ourselves, we know what it is like to leave home and be far away. Therefore, it is important that you find your way around in your new environment and quickly feel comfortable. Ideally, you don't want to leave at all, because everything is so harmonious, valuable and beautiful. We are sure that we have succeeded in doing this with our holiday apartments Louise, Charlotte, Frieda and Wilhelm. Saarbrücken is a cosmopolitan, lovable and charming city - it is probably the most French city in Germany. There is so much to discover here and in the region: from great restaurants, interesting museums, sparkling events to premium hiking trails. In our apartments you will find a folder with detailed information material for every taste provided by the Saarland Tourist Office. We are happy to help you with advice and tips and are glad to be your hosts and personal guides.

Our vacation apartment should be a second home for you, where you feel completely comfortable. We have put a lot of effort into the furnishing and hope that you will find everything you need. These house rules are an aid for a harmonious stay. By treating it with care and observing the rules, you will help us to continue to offer our guests a pleasant atmosphere of well-being.
GENERAL If you miss something in the facility or if you need assistance, please feel free to contact us. You are welcome to use all the things that are in the apartment. Please handle all furnishings with respect and treat the apartment with care. Please make sure that your fellow travelers also observe the house rules.
KITCHEN Please treat the kitchen equipment and the technical devices with care. Since a dirty kitchen pleases no one, please put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards only when they are clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots and other hot items on the tables or countertop without a trivet. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave in a clean condition.
DAMAGE No one intentionally damages things. However, it can happen to anyone that something gets broken once in a while. We would appreciate it if you would inform us of the damage that has occurred and we do not find out about it only after your departure during the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement costs.
VENTILATION To avoid the formation of mold, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least 1x shock ventilation per day for 10 minutes and especially after showering.
CAREFULNESS We ask our guests to treat the apartment with care and to make sure that also fellow travelers observe the house rules. The entrance door should always be closed and locked with a key when leaving the house. Likewise, all windows are to be closed when leaving the house to avoid possible damage due to storms or burglary. Water and electricity resources are to be used sparingly.
WASTE SEPARATION Waste is to be separated into residual waste, glass, paper and packaging with the green dot. Appropriate containers are located in the laundry room. Please use the trash can in the kitchen and the cosmetic garbage can in the bathroom only with trash bags and dispose of them closed in the residual waste garbage can. Do not throw or pour garbage, food scraps, harmful liquids or similar into the kitchen sink, toilet, sink and shower! Avoid anything that can cause clogging of the pipes (no hygiene items in the toilet).
CLEANING Should you ever have a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to clean it up immediately. We ask you to leave the apartment broom-clean at departure and to put all used dishes clean and dry in the cupboards again.
SILENCE TIMES In the sense of a good house community the public silence times like noon, night and Sunday rest are to be kept. Also in the vacation apartment itself should be kept quiet out of consideration between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m..
INTERNET/WLAN A wireless internet connection (WLAN) is available in the vacation apartment. The use of the internet with your own WLAN-enabled device (notebook, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the WLAN connection is free of charge for the tenant. You use the Internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the Internet use of the tenant. SMOKING Smoking is not allowed in the vacation apartment. Please leave the apartment for smoking.
PARKING FACILITIES The apartments Louise, Wilhelm have designated parking spaces (Louise: parking space 2 to the right of the house, Wilhelm: parking space 4 behind the house) and at Frieda there is a parking space to the left of the house. Guests at Charlotte have free parking on the street. Even if a parking space is made available to you, this does not constitute a custody agreement. In case of loss or damage to motor vehicles parked or maneuvered on the property and their contents, the landlord is not liable.
PETS are not allowed to stay in the flat.
HOUSE RIGHTS In case of immediately necessary repairs, it may be essential for the landlord to enter the apartment without the guest's knowledge.
KEYS Please never give the keys out of your hand. Any loss of keys must be reported immediately and the guest will be liable up to the cost of replacement.
DEPARTURE TIMES The departure time is from 07:00 to 12:00. Please make sure that you do not leave after 12 o'clock, so that we have enough time to prepare the apartment for the following guests.
LIABILITY The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guests. You will find a safe in the bedroom closet.
